Keep in mind that that 3rd baseman is Brandon Chinea, ex-LSU catcher Chris Chinea's little brother. There must be bad blood. Angry he isn't good enough to play for them Tigahs perhaps?

Game still isn’t over so a player can still get tossed. It doesn’t affect much at the moment but it still happens.

He didn't flip anyone off. He did seems to say "bye" though. If there was another word, it's not easy to tell from the video.
