Skimmed some of the pages. Trying to decipher the current situation. We know the police said they wanted to interview La'el. He finally leaves Chicago to come to speak with them. Now, BRPD says they aren't ready to interview him because they're still investigating. Is that what the story is now?

Yes BRPD doesn't have a clue how an investigation runs. They are still practicing...

My goodness. If he's ready to meet, why in the heck don't they just meet with him? We have to be missing something here on that.

is he or is he not a suspect now? The timeline to this point of the tread was hell on the naive.

That still seems bizaree if he's there and they were anxious to speak with him before. This is turning into even more of a circus regardless of what the outcome is.

If you'd read the updated story, it was a mutually agreed upon to meet after the draft. It wasn't that BRPD wasn't ready for him yet

Well now I'm kinda liking the situation. Undrafted free agent to the Saints! Surely no one takes a flier on him with a pick, right? The environment in the NFL is too toxic.
