They need to learn a scheme even if House stays.

I don’t like the way we are going through DC’s but it shouldn’t matter in a strong program. Saban’s OC and DC haven’t been exactly stable jobs over the years. The gumps just reload.

Hate to say but our main problem is that we are soft as hell

We should at least play hard and we don’t even do that… there were multiple instances where we just held a guy up and waited on the whistle instead of trying to get him to the dang ground.

Isn't that what we need them to do - learn a new scheme? The current one obviously isn't working.

Difference in Bama going thru DCs is Saban is the stability on defensive side of ball, no matter who DC, he is the true DC

Sure hope we’re able to make that transition from this scheme that doesn’t work to any scheme that does.

It doesn’t seem they learned much of a scheme this year.

Is letting teams run up & down the field & score at will really a scheme?

THIS ^^^^^^^

Speights' uniform in Q4 looks cleaner than when it came out the washing machine!

Nobody really "brings the wood" or forces T0s--it's been embarrassing all year.

It can’t get any worse than what it is now, so learning a new scheme can only be beneficial.

A good DC and defensive coaching staff will change that.

So? The scheme we’re running now is doing nothing.

Considering our defense has learned nothing from House, it won't be hard to start from zero!!!
