Sports “journalism” has been garbage for years. No one spends 2m to check facts or correct typos and run-on sentences. But it’s frustrating AF to see stupidity over and over and over. The Sports Illustrated writer on LSU (somewhere else now) was HORRID and he’s one of thousands. ...
Saints did great. 1st we got a top tier tackle for our biggest need.
If he’s as good as the Penn State dude, you’ll be right. At least Loomis didn’t blow another R1 pick on a project from a little school or waste draft capital moving up when they didn’t have to…the cost to move...
Think it’s your nit that Landry had an “average career” Jarvis played 9 seasons. 7870 receiving yards; average of 11 yards per catch; 38 TDs. He led the NFL with 112 receptions in 2017. He sucked as a Saint but he was injured. Not average. ...
i guess having the opportunity to be coached by one of the best Dline coaches doesn’t mean jack shite to the DTs in the portal ///////////////////////////////////// I’d certainly accept all the free flights, food, and “courting” if I was in their position—and we’ll know soon enough who’s chasin...
If the staff shits the bed on this we'll just have to trust that Blake Baker & co will be able to scheme to help mask the issue
Thank you! These coaches make bank and they know the situation so they’d better (and surely they do) have clear plans to work with whatever they have. ...
It’s absolutely wild to see LSU atop the most QBs drafted list. Flat-out wild, given the overall dusty dearth of competent QB talent for so…many…seasons. Nuss and Underwood (and maybe Hurey if he stays) will continue the post-Burrow wave. Exciting times....
Saying “something terrible happened” is a wild conjecture based on nothing. In reality, the guy saw he wouldn’t have a path to get meaningful game reps this year because LSU has some hosses on the OL two-deep in front of him and—can’t blame a guy for wanting to get in the field in the fall. ...
Didn’t count ‘em all… Not “major” but the LSU Lady Tiger Dance Team also bagged a Natty this year in Hip Hop (not hyphenated, for some reason). In 2021, LSU was the Men’s Outdoor Track National Championship team. When will LSU claim that 1908 gridiron natty? ;) ...
Grace van Slooten (Former 5 star and US national team member) for Oregon entered the portal, scored 15 and 7 rebounds a game. Was down to Oregon and LSU out of hs…
GVS > HVL ...
quote:We are so close. This team can beat anybody. We have the dumbest fanbase. This team is arse, if you can’t see that then you’re insane
You’re criticizing flat-out irony with needless vitriol. I would say “if you can’t see that, you’re insane” to you, but I’m not an ar...
When in BR: You'll probably not need a drink spot but great vibes and libations here: --- Craft beer: Tin Roof Brewing is excellent and they have really good live bands there under the patio area https://tinroofbeer.com/ ---- Incredible cocktails: Brakes Bar is a tiny hideaway/speakeasy atta...
He is the 8th highest paid coach. The list is below of the top 10. The bold have been at their job for as long or longer than Kelly, those in Itallics have won a natty. #1 hasn't won a natty since 2018. [i]1) Dabo Swinney, Clemson Tigers: $11.5 million 2) Kirby Smart, Georgia Bulldogs: ...
quote: And believe it or not, they will. Schools will use it to negatively recruit against LSU. Bull$hit. Maybe if the player is a staunch militant promoter of the BLM movement, but Jemele Hill and the rest of the race bating media can go phuk themselves. This entire fiasco will pass in...

thanks for posting the VOGUE story link Angel brought a massive amount of good to LSU in a short tenure that will endure a long long while - there were girls all over the world who became lifelong LSU WBB fans; was cool to read some of their comments on X and YT don't know what else she said ...
as much as I dislike Jemele Hill Landry is 100x worse - he made a terrible sports loss into a personal political tirade that will go on and on and on - this will hit national political AND sports commentators on how stupid (and unenforcable legally) his hare-brained idea of scholarship renouncement ...
What's the word on Sampson? Seems like he got some garbage time early last year, dropped a TD pass and then disappeared.
Curious as well but IIRC he dropped 2 potential TD passes no? Perhaps that answers the question why he didn't get more playing time...
As other posters noted it's unreasonable to expect he'll apologize for his idiotic remarks (and will there be some attempt at a bill? think that's just political posturing but unsure who he thinks he'd win over) But if y'all have Twitter/X accounts by all means go blow fire at him...
I want anyone except South Carolina to win Doesn't hurt if Iowa takes the natty...
IMO, it would be a bad look if we took Daniels and Thomas in the portal to be backups, considering the other positions that are weak or thin. Also, I thought we gave Daniels a big NIL deal. I can’t see him not starting.
It's still spring ball--why project and worry about who sta...
UK Daily Mail is garbage but i for one appreciate you calling this out so dumb-bunnies like the over-reactionary they quoted can perhaps avoid posting flaming turd-sacks before taking three minutes to check the facts first ...
