Recently the Auburn hoax in 2016. What a BS bunch of crap that was.

The 2 TD favorite at home loss to Florida with the Sugar Bowl on the line in 2016. That 2016 team was so good, what a waste of a season.

29-0 in 2018 was the angriest Ive ever ever been and its the only time that I turned the channel in recent memory.

But 2019, was the best season a college team has ever had and it belongs to THE LSU TIGERS and ED O.

Tennessee 2010

Angriest you can possibly be after a win.

That was definitely a frustrating win.
State in 2015 was a bummer too. Whether it was the fact that the opener was cancelled by lightning.. Or the fact that State ACTUALLY beat LSU the previous year. Or the fact that we had penalties negate several huge plays. Or the fact that we were up 21-6 in the third and won by 2 only because State missed a field goal in the waning seconds.

That game was the worst.. Mostly because I knew the offense sucked again. I knew we were going to let them back in after we dominated the first half. I knew all of this and I still got my hopes up. It's really just my fault.

That and 2006 vs Auburn. Pick your poison. The Hester catch that resulted in a first down, but was fumbled out of bounds. Even though the catch was ruled complete and he took two steps they overturned the call and ruled it an incompletion. Or. The interception that was negated because of pass interference. OR the pass interference that was overturned while LSU was deep in Auburns territory down 7-3.
That call ended up as #2 on the worst calls of the BCS era in this article.

Home cooking been going against the good guys for awhile now. It was definitely Auburn in the 2000's.

1998

LSU led 6-0 at half.
Bama scored TD on tipped pass at 13:05 in 3rd
LSU retook lead, goes up 16-7.
LSU blocked Bama FG with 5:12 in 4th
After LSU punt, Bama scored TD with 2:41.
Bama recovered onside kick.
Bama scores TD on tipped ball at :38

15 of Bama's 22 points were on catches after redshirt freshman Robert Davis tipped the pass.

1998 Bama @ LSU highlights, if you can stomach them.

That 1998 team may have been the most snake-bit team I have ever seen. Sure, the defense was bad, but they had a unique ability to blow late leads (UGA, Bama, ND).

GEAUX TIGERS
Something happened that we'll never see again: LSU missed FGs off of each upright AND the crossbar!

The atmosphere in TS when the debacle happened for Tennessee 2010 is something I will never forget.

People were throwing shite and melting down like I’ve never seen before at a sporting event. Les was probably legitimately afraid for his safety during those dark minutes until the ref’s mic came on.

I was at this one in the NE corner and boy shite was FLYING. Bottles, popcorn, hot dogs, you name it and it was being thrown onto the field. Then about 20 seconds later we were all jumping around celebrating.

Gainesville, October 6, 2012, where I was forced to watch Mike Gillislee rush 34 times for 146 yards and two scores, including 9 runs in a single drive for the go-ahead and winning score. Even worse, I had to listen to Florida fans tell me after the game about how Gillislee was a Heisman contender and future NFL All Pro.

I was there with Les’ son Ben. It was OBJ or Jarvis that fumbled what would have been the dagger after a deep bomb

Also as someone mentioned, loosing to UF in 16 was brutal for two reasons.

Their lone TD came on a 99 yard broken pass play.

We ran the wrong direction on the goal line with :01 seconds left and missed out on the sugar bowl.

That brings up the LSU Georgia game in Athens. Mett v. Murray.

OBJ fumbled that punt and cost us the game. Sucked being there for that.

And the tight end was right in front of Booty's face all alone in the end zone. Inexplicable.

Underrated Angry LSU Moments

The entire LSU-UF game in 2012. It was knowing that once UF went up by a score, we were toast. That game is the epitomization of what LSU football became from 2012-2016.

To this day, that's the only LSU football game I've ever turned off before it was over.

The home loss to UAB pissed me off pretty good, I hate seeing players do stupid things, Josh Booty did it that day.

The Wisconsin game, after Les had been warned about the offense. After the first series om offense, everybody in my section of Lambeau looked at each other and said, He came back with that same shite.

Back in the day me and a couple friends had the “Ronnie Prude drinking game” which was essentially take a drink when he got burned or penalized. We drank a lot.
