So help me understand. Hurd struggled this season because of his inability to throw strikes when SEC umps are calling. Then late in season he comes on a bit in SEC tournament and just before that.

And now he’s thriving “because “ of an SEC umpire’s liberal but consistent strike zone.

I’ll take it!
