Two Arkansas players were just granted TRO’s against NCAA by an Arkansas court giving them 5 th year. The 2 players were at football practice in street clothes.
Apparently, Arkansas football coach is not complying with the very SEC rule his President just voted for this week.

What a corrupt terrible state! From the governor down. Arkansas abides by its own rules. They have gone rogue and should be kicked out the league!! Silverfield is ruining the sport!
Did I do that right?

Did they fall under the pro rules?

If neither signed pro contracts, the rule doesn't apply to them.

Neither Caleb Wooden nor Sean Williams signed an NFL contract. Williams participated in minicamp tryouts. They are both allowed to play in the SEC per the new rule, until their court case picks up a stay.

Junior Tuihalamaka is part of the louisiana TRO, he never signed a pro contract.

Did they make themselves available in the draft?
Following meetings with the Presidents, Chancellors, and Athletics Directors of the Southeastern Conference, the SEC will enforce the following policy:
1) The SEC will not permit an athlete to appear on an SEC roster who has: Previously declared for the NFL, NBA, or WNBA Draft, and did not appropriately withdraw;
2) Signed a contract with an NFL (or other professional football league), NBA/G-League, or WNBA (or affiliate) team; or
3) Been listed on an NFL (or other professional football league), NBA/G-League, or WNBA (or affiliate) roster."

Isn't he going to be eligible? He's just waiting on his Monday court hearing for the Temp Injunction to join the team.

Word out of Kentucky is that Mark Mitchell has been asked to pause his transition to the team. He was supposed to be on campus today and participating in workouts, but that has been canceled. It sounds like Kentucky might be willing to move on, despite Mitchell's attorneys continuing the fight.

You can go to minicamp without technically being in the NFL? Where do I sign up?

Right, not the new rule the sec came down with.

Did you get an invite to try out?

The SEC rule isn’t over 5 years of eligibility. It was over a threshold of professional league engagement. Try to keep up.
