I love it that a guy this crazy talented and gifted is almost an afterthought in the recruiting class with casual fans. Those guys always ball out the hardest and become fan favorites.

Tre bradford was a huge pickup last year
They got him late in the process
He has a very unique running style if you watch him run

If you watch his highlights his acceleration and top end speed is elite. If he gets the ball in space he's going to take it to the house.

If I remember correctly, this was a much needed pickup too. Especially after LSU "missed" Zach Evans (head case) and Gibbs.
If he has that kind of speed on the field, I'd love to see him mixed in to the RB rotation. This is one year where RB by committee should fun to watch.

Coach O has brought him up more than Emery in interviews as guys to watch

I always felt that from watching his highlights. Once this kid gets in the open field he pulls away with ease.

Kary Vincent Jr.'s speed and his experience covering the slot will make him an early draft pick. The kid is a legit burner who could be a CB or a S at the next level.

I thought I saw somewhere that Boutte ran a 10.02 100m?
ETA: I’m way off lol. he ran a 10.97

Thanks for the HUDL link!
A few things from that tape:
1) The vast majority of his runs are between the tackles. That is refreshing, as speed guys seem to mostly run outside.
2) He looks very comfortable in the passing game
3) His offensive line was fantastic. Plus, receivers stayed with their downfield blocks very well

LSU has 4 unproven backs, but man there is some talent back there. This could be one of those seasons where LSU rushes for 2500+ as a team but no one player has more than 700.

Bradford will be a beast.... A lot of posters on here including myself were upset with the Zach Evans soap opera last year but I believe Tre' make us forget that ever happened

We have some crazy speed on offense if that’s the case

Unfortunately his tape says differently.
Wish we could see him return kicks with that speed.

I'm personally pulling for Emery to get his head out of his arse and become THE guy, but it's good to hear we have legit speed back there.
Same. I think alot of the lack of production had to do with him being blind in one eye tho. Amazing how a guy can become elite like that playing with a handicap. Shits nuts.

I see Emery as a future transfer, downvote away. It’s going to take some major progression for him to see the field behind Price and Bradford. I left out Curry because he’ll be buried behind those 2 also.

Emery's head is in his arse? lmao

You know most good college teams have 3-4 good RBs look at UGA and Bama for example. Also our RBs will be in slots a lot of time also

After hearing that LSu was recruiting him after losing out on someone else, last year. Noticed he was undersized for SEC and mindset was this is the fall back guy, the other recruit was the one to get. Probably just some depth to go along with the big 3 coming back, 1 of which may transfer out etc..
I watched a few film clips.
WOW!
