If money was no object, I'd agree. There's just no logic in dumping a bunch of money in the program to change coaches if you're not going to fund it to win championships.

The issue that may deter him is that reportedly NC St admin did not live up to whatever they told him he'd have for NIL funds this season.

As much as I hate to say it, this whole idea is a pipe dream. I thought I remember hearing that Wade’s wife is a North Carolina native too. That’s a strong headwind.
I want Wade’s return to happen for sure but I’d be very surprised if it actually did happen.
No reason why we can’t try for another hire though. Baffling.

I want Wade back more than anything but Woody not be able to swallow his pride last year cost us our chance to have him back at LSU.
