Hodson is #1. Four time ALL - SEC QB and led LSU to two SEC Championships.

Add to that, when he finished at LSU he was the all time leader in passing yards and touchdowns in the SEC. 9,115 yds. and 69 TDs.

He still holds the career record for passing and TDs for LSU.

Flynn and Mauck are in there because they helped LSU win natty's. Can't leave them out. Intangibles are a value

None of y'all liked Alan Risher?

Loved Risher but he's not top 5.

1. Hodson
2. Davey
3. Russell
4. Flynn
5. Mauck

Burrow if this pace continues and we really make noise will be top 3 for sure!

How is it that neither of the two NC winners didn't rank even 5th on your list? Without those two QBs there would have been no NC those years.

Depends on your criteria. Russell was an athletic freak & could flick a ball a mile (like Davey), but he wasn’t a great QB.

Flynn would be like the polar opposite of that.

Anyway this is a pretty easy list to make. Most are fairly similar (save the sarcastic ones).

1. Rohan
2. Flynn
3. Russel
4. Hodson (only because of his strength does Russel beat him out IMO)
5. Mauk (he could be higher based off his maturity alone but is not)

I agree with many on here, Burrow may be the best we have ever had esp in the past 20 years. I can not wait to see!

Comp Pct - Russell 61.9%
- Flynn 56.1%

Yds/Attempt- Russell 8.3
- Flynn 7.1

TD/Int - Russell 52/21
- Flynn 31/13

Rating - Russell 147.9
- Flynn 133.0
