You don't like getting your tailgates shut down? Quit your bitching and do something about it. Start protesting. Raise hell at President's office en masse. Your predecessors two generations ago didn't hesitate to protest. Where has that spirit gone? Social media has made it easier than ever to protest but you want your fighting done for you. Lesson in life: No one gives you anything, you have to take what you want. Period.
Also step up your game. That means cleaning up your areas and quit giving them excuses to crack down.

If I were the Greeks I’d be setting up unnoficial tailgates on other places on campus. Make the pledges haul everything out over by the Old Front Nine. Yeah you can’t hang signs or anything like that but there’s nothing stopping individuals from throwing a tailgate and inviting all their brothers to come hang out (and know one would notice anyway if it was low key enough.
There’s ways around it but they’re not smart enough or invested enough to try to fight the power. These kids are used to everything being handed to them.

I read on this site earlier that the property the DKE house sits on is private, and so not subject to the mandates of the campus nazis.
In that situation, I’d look at working together to use that property, potentially in a rental and shared maintenance agreement.
