Playing against was a major factor in his decision. Sounds like Bama or Auburn.
"Each school has given me an opportunity to compete for the starting job," Finley told AL.com. "Based on how comfortable I felt with that, I made my decision based off who I felt gave me the best opportunity to be successful."

No way an LSU third string QB transfers to Bama and plays at all much less starts.

It would be pretty hilarious if he went to Auburn and ended up starting over Bo Nix who our defense made look like Heisman candidate last year
