It was for not wearing a helmet on a moped. Should’ve just pulled over

That can’t be good for the NIL deal he got with Amazon for his clothing line.

I'd like to see what the facts are that led to the "attempted eluding police" charge. It doesn't appear he was charged with anything else, so it could be something as innocuous as trying to run away from a party when the cops unexpectedly showed up. I sure as hell know I "attempted to elude police" on more than a few occasions when cops busted up a house party. Hell, I "eluded police" the other day when I "accidently" decided not to stop at some BS inspection sticker checkpoint in some podunk town.

I'll reserve my stone throwing until I get the facts...except to join in on the jokes that if he can't elude the Auburn police he's going to have a tough time against SEC defenses.

In fairness, our founding fathers would have taken no issue with how you spelled it.

I don’t understand why so many people think eluding the police is a smart decision. Like do you really think you’ll get away?

I'm told this stems from a traffic violation for failure to wear a helmet while riding a moped

Looks like not really a big deal

Bo Nix would have never been arrested for no helmet on a moped.

frick I hate this inclusive arse, accept everybody as equal mentality we have in society nowadays… men are getting pregnant, children can decide their gender, pedophiles can use whatever bathroom they want… and now this. fricking blind people can get a valid drivers license ….

Hard to believe they arrested him for that. Must've been really bored.

Well he got arrested because he tried to lose them, not because he wasn't wearing a helmet.

"Finely’s arrest comes just days after the Auburn Tiger made history as the first college football player to ink a NIL deal with Amazon selling shirts, sweatshirts, phone cases, and other merchandise from his product line."

Why would T.J. Finley get an historic NIL deal when he most likely won't see the field except from the sidelines.
