"Exposure for the whole state"? How does that work? 1) LSU will never.....ever...give up a home game revenue @ approximately $1M at least 2) there are zero greenies pounding the drums to play LSU 3) they have not sold their ticket allotment for TS in decades. If they don't care, why should LSU want this game. 4) The last time the game was played in the Dome LSU fans were in the majority.5) There is no rivalry. It ended 40+ yrs ago.

There is no reason LSU should play at Tulane’s on campus stadium. Zero. I have no issue with LSU playing Tulane at the Superdome every few years though.

SEC teams are required to play one Power 4 conference team in the non-conference every year. So that really wouldn't work.
