I can't see us winning 1 out of Bama, Ole Miss, and Florida....and winning all the other games.

It's why I think we will see big changes with coaching if we lose to Kentucky....I'm not sure that will be the one that gets O gone but somebody will be scapegoated if we lose to Kentucky.

he will be lucky to reach 7-5. this was supposed to be the easy part of the schedule and already have two losses. tim brando doesn't give a shite about LSU football.

if they get blown out by Kentucky, i don't think anyone would blame woody for canning him then. and i think there's a good chance it happens.

I'll give Tim Brando my house if LSU wins 8 games.

I'm thinking 6-6 at best.

Oh there would be some that would.....I'm not sure they would matter.

Also you are right on Woody...he is not Alleva....It wouldn't shock me if he let O go if Kentucky beats us....I guess I'm just using past history of LSU football

8 wins would require 5 wins against:

Bama
Florida
Kentucky
ULM
A&M
Arky

I just don’t see it…

it would be a minor miracle to split those games.

the problem is you can't overcome this putrid OL. that's why i have a hard time picking lsu to win anything outside ulm.

If we are waiting on his arse to get to 8 wins, fire him now. They aint there. 7 is a stretch. My bet is on 5.

"He’s been given a pass because of that."

It is hard to say he has been given a pass. He is very much on the hot seat sitting at 3-2 after a 5-5 season against only SEC opponents, one year off the national title. I agree he should be on the hot seat, but where is the "pass"? For what it's worth, I also disagree with Brando that O has it tougher because he is from here. It is not just the record but also the poor hires and the product you see on the field. He is on the hot seat if he is from Ohio.

For all those saying that he *could* get to even 7-5, curious to know where you think an additional 4 W's will come from.

Auburn set the blue print for every team we are going to play. Rush 3 drop 8 and we're fricked.....with mostly better defenses to boot.

I think 8 wins he could keep his job without beating Alabama. I think if the Bama game is similar to 2017,LSU competed for 4 quarters and were a few missed big plays away from making it a one score close 4th quarter game. A blowout like last year and 8-4, then no.

8-7 post natty

unacceptable.

will be a longshot to get to 7-5. 6-6 looks more realistic.
