Looks like an all around utility type player. Definitely looked like the leader/hardest worker out there Saturday. Almost seemed he was willing them to F’ing succeed

Dumb. We have other players we can use to do that.

Too risky from an injury standpoint. It’ll be a gimmicky package we run every now and then and not more than that.

There is a reason that 6'7 guys don't play RB.

Guarantee it leads to a play variation later in the year. Like him completing a jump pass at the goal line in a big spot.

It'll make opponents have to work on it in practice. I doubt we'll see it again in a game.

This is exactly what I thought...
they are not doing this because he is a great runner between the tackles.

I think it is short yardage, to jump up & over the line, to punch the ball across the goalline/first down, and they will do some type of deception off of it. Either he is going to do a jump pass, or it will be a direct snap to the person next to him, and he will fake the dive over the pile.... some kind of deception.

Agreed

It took until I saw this for me to realize what the hell he meant. Just go with TreyDez or Green and try to be cute and or lazy.

No

Much like Saban putting the best possible athlete on special teams like Micheal Clayton at or Les with Jarvis and odel running as gunners on db when needed

Best possible player at a needed position to help team win plays… I love it

Hell, with ideas like this, why stop there?

Let's put him at QB or maybe Place Kicker. We may as well try out at Cornerback

I mean shite why stop there. Kicker. Punter. Maybe he can kick AND hold his own field goals. Coach - he could coach too.

The only reason I can see TDG7 at RB is because of his high knee lift in his stride. That's a bitch to bring down. Other than that we have a lot of other burly dudes that could be used in that same manner.

I've convinced myself every offensive play we called Saturday vs LaTech was used to poison Ole Miss's defensive gameplan for this weekend.

We're gonna line up TD7 in the backfield on a 4th and 1 and throw a quick shot to a receiver instead.
