It's year 4. Kelly said judge him in year 3. We got worse last year and we're even worse this year with a 5th-year QB and an 18-million dollar roster (his best roster). The offense has been atrocious given the talent and zero changes have been made throughout the season to make it better other than Berry starting Saturday (who we abandoned in the 2nd half). And the D still basically can't stop a true dual threat QB.
Why wouldn't you fire him? No hard feelings. He just hasn't gotten us to the playoffs at a minimum in 4 years. This does not meet the mildest of expectations. He wasn't terrible and won a pretty good amount of games, but not the ones that mattered most. It was an appropriate firing.

When did he say this? I listened to his entire livestream last night. He chronicled the events that led to Kelly's firing, and sort of laid down the facts of what happened, which is what the local media is good for, and sort of compliments what is posted here. He never once criticized the firing. He did brag several times about "breaking the story," which was annoying, considering we knew what was happening at around 2:30pm on Sunday, but whatever...
