I’m fairly lenient on baseball, because it is the toughest to call. All I want is to know what is happening, the inning, the score, how may outs, and the count. That basic information should be given as often as possible.

One of the biggest mistakes of novice play callers is not letting the game breathe. They get nervous and feel like they need to feel dead air with their words.
Especially in baseball, let the game breathe and let those on the radio take in the park ambiance.

Bill could just do this by himself.
He is consistently getting the players wrong and gets you excited
Tommy White whit a ball hit deep to center.......... and the centerfoeldrr catches it with plenty room.
I'm still glad I didn't drop the $ for the di cast ,but this is rough to listen to

Yeah he’s not great.
Seemed energetic early on but forgot to mention if the pitch was a ball or strike on more than one occasion. That’s gotta be rule number 1 as a baseball radio guy right?
