Feels good to have actual professionals in charge of LSU sports for a change.

I guarantee that within a few conference games, posters will be whining about “streetball”

NCAA hasn’t announced the sanctions yet, but sanctions are coming. Not sure what the sanctions will be only time will tell. Could be scholarships or postseason or both. With the NIL money, loss of scholarships isn’t as a big of a deal as it use to be.

They will have a better and more disciplined coach who won’t have the whole SEC officials against him so we can get calls. But they look to be more talented and a few have already played together.

I doubt we will be better in 22-23 than we were in 21-22 BEFORE WW was canned. But, God willing, I'll be in section 102 to see it one way or another.

Well, now this is wonderful. But I sure wouldn't sign my name to it.

Possibly better than last years team but not likely…..won’t be close to what Wade had coming added to what would have came back from last year.

I think we have to either do very well in conference play, Win the SEC tourney, or get a higher seed than 6/advance in the NCAA tourney for that to be reality. It can happen, but its definitely not a given imo. We still have 2 spots to fill so things can still get stronger as well.

What sanctions, wake up they will have a post season next year, and I agree they will probably end up with a better record next year than they had this year. The reason I believe this is because wade lost a lot of games they had no business losing,oh and about the sanctions see NC state,Kansas,Auburn etc.

Give me a fricking break. Wade lost Miller who by all accounts was their best scorer coming from the players. Then he lost Murray which cost one game. Then the big hit was losing Pinson for a few weeks in the fricking heart of the season and having both Eason and Days beat up. The team he had coming in was going to be a top 5 class with a ton of talent returning.

Next year’s team will be better than we thought they would be a month and a half ago. Lot of credit to McMahon

Better than last year’s team? No unless Miller comes back imho

Better than what Wade’s team would have been next year? Absolutely not

This is just inaccurate. We were going to be elite with the recruits and players we had coming back. We will still be good next season with the players we have gotten but it will still be a new system and new players. Not going to be as good but will still be very competitive.

Will they be better than Murrey State's team that lost to Auburn by about 20 at midseason? both teams were like 12-1 when they played and looked well coached but Auburn was just stronger and at home. I picked this game because I watched it on u tube, to see the coaching style...
