Think it’s time for a field design revamp?

Anyone else think the eye on the 50 yard line is kind of played out? I’d rather see the tiger head from the helmet and LSU. Or some variation of the state of LA with either LSU or the tiger head.

Maybe for one game a season they use an alternate field design, but I like the eye of the tiger. Very unique

These uniform and field takes are terrible. Field is one of the best in college football. Why would they change it?

This is the type of thinking that gave us a freaking DJ in the stadium and a dumbass host who yells into her microphone as if it’s not amplified. Tiger Stadium needs to stay traditional. Lists have us as the best stadium in the entire world and we keep tinkering like bored monkeys.

Because it hasn’t always been the way it is, hence not tradition. And a little change is refreshing

Nah, keep the eye.

Doing one "throwback game" a year for a non-conf game with older uni patterns and field would be pretty sweet.

Bring back the big block LSU endzones and the old yardline number font. Leave the eye.

Why change something iconic? When football fans see that field, they know who that is. Brand recognition is very important. Don’t frick with it.

Can the players still fight if an opponent "disrespects" a different midfield painting?

It's been there since the early 80s, longer than the walk down Victory Hill has been done.

Got any other bad takes?

This is the dumbest take I've seen here in a long time.

You should sit down.
