Statistics good.
Winning better.
We needed to convert a 1st down at the end and we were moving the ball but we elected to punt (a shitty punt at that) knowing we couldn’t stop them. That left us swinging for the fences at the end.
Don’t forget the 1Q fumble that cost us a TD too.
I’m glad JD5 is good now. I’m glad the Offense is good too. But it isn’t as good as you think, it’s just way better and it’s light years ahead of our Defense.

Nuss may be a better overall passer but he can't do anything with his feet. Nuss is nothing more than Myles Brennan with more heart.

Jesus. The dude passed for 414 and ran for 99 and you're saying he choked? The Coaching staff made a terrible 3rd down call on the 2nd to last drive. The 2nd and 3rd down play were 2 plays the staff wishes they have back. Putting the hate and blame on Daniels is beyond stupid. He has his flaws but he was the entire reason we didn't get blown out of the game in the 1st half and took the lead in the second half.

Counterpoint; the defense is so bad that it magnifies the mistakes on offense x100. Zero room for error results in failure most of the time, no matter who you have on the field.
Daniels isn't just "good", he is elite. The only team with a better offensive efficiency so far this year is Washington (tied with USC at a 94.8 offensive efficiency). The offense is exactly as good as we think. There's a chance that LSU ends this year with two 1000 yard receivers and two 1000 yard rushers.

We had a chance to pull things out even on the last play...
but, as has been said, a couple of stops and we would have annihilated them...

My pawpaw once told me “you take the good, you take the bad, you take ‘em both and there you have the facts of life.”
Very true.
Very true.

He is not a pressure player. He can not motivate the offense.

You're a dumbass. Did jayden daniels make Chris Hilton unnecessarily slow down and miss a diving catch that was thrown in stride for a walkin touchdown in the first half?
The only real bad play Jayden made was fumbling on a tackle in the redzone, he's done that what? 2 times in e years?
Jayden is on pace for 4800 all purpose yds and 46 all purpose touchdowns. He's top 5 in total yards, yards per attempt, touchdowns, passer efficiency, and expected points per game. Literally every stat that matters for a qb.
We lost because of defense.

49 points should be good enough to win 100% of the games played.
