Im not a fan of Moscona but I listened to his podcast and he was critical of the guy.

The truth is the truth.

What Lacy had to say about his coach, BK, speaks volumes to what this hack had to say. Unnamed sources, someone close to the program is all bull shite for made up fantasy. Lacy give BK credit for making him a better player on and off the field. Named source as close to the program as it gets. bullshite needs to be called out and not given wings.

The one about a rift between BK and the team.

Moscona also goes out of his way to, while questioning the article it self to a point, bends over backward to disregard these very easy to find history of articles and tweets about BK.

I can't speak for the other shows, but I listened to the Moscona segment where he talked about this. He pretty strongly said he didn't agree with what was said in the article. He said he has been around the program often and he doesn't see, nor hear, any of what was said in the article. I don't know why you are taking offense to that part.

I was a little surprised to read the initial quote. I thought, “hmm, that’s interesting, I’ll reach out to John.” He came on, and my goal was to kind of let him go. I wanted him to get to every detail I could with an understanding that his quotes were anonymous (say what you will about that), and I wasn’t going to learn the entirety of the story.

Obviously the answers were very vague. I admittedly made one mistake I’d like to have back. I should have asked if he reached out to anyone at LSU. I regret that.

I did react in the next segment, I said I disagreed. I certainly didn’t “attack”.

I feel like this isn’t a story at all outside of our purple and gold bubble. The internet didn’t set fire like the lead up to the Mulkey story. People just tend to get upset when their team is perceived to be slighted. And that’s ok. Passion is a good thing.

Do I think there’s some issue in the LSU football program? No. Do I care that two people John Talty spoke to do? No. Do I think LSU’s program is probably a step behind where most would like it to be? Yes.

For me, go beat UCLA by 20 and fill up Tiger Stadium for unbeaten Ole Miss. And keep recruiting. I kind of left that story behind Monday.

I have the theory that a program like alabama would send a little stipend to certain media if they write negatively regarding LSU. Kinda like how Pawwwl is currently shitting on LSU.

I started to think this back when the recruiting between LSU and Alabama was really heated 8-10yrs ago. It seems the gayish sports caster on WWL TV was always doing Alabama stories and then WWL made it a point with a breaking story how Alabama flipped a top corner back from Louisiana Robby Green from Curtis I believe when it was obvious LSU stopped recruiting him and had 2 or 3 future NFL corners already committed. It all came across as hackish or propaganda for Alabama.

Because Moscona is barely above Tbob when it comes to actual LsU sports knowledge. He’s gone down the Baylis and Cowherd route of fishing for engagement.

Haven’t you heard? Moscona played football at Catlick High, he’s an expert on anything and everything.

Let's be fair to Jimbo.
He was a key part of the core staff that elevated LSU to being the best college football program in America in the 2000s.

If they played a full schedule in 2020-21, A&M had a good probability of finishing with 13 wins.

Moscona called a player directly and asked what they thought of Kelly. They said they loved him.

So Moscona said the article was BS

This cracked me up.

I think you're referring to Lyons Yellin. There wasn't any conspiracy, he is just an Alabama grad and before WWL he was a beat writer for the Tuscalooser paper covering Bama football.

"Hewwooo this is Wyons Wellin weporting wive from Saints twaining camp."

I don't agree with this. T-Bob is basically a cartoon character at this point.

Speaking of local media, does anyone know why 104.5 changed intro voices from the male voice to the female?

Thank you for coming here and clearing the air. We appreciate how you embrace us idiots, instead of lurking all day for info and act like you’ve never heard of this site before (not naming names).

All is good, we still love you Hunt!

Idk I see it as a member of the media not wanting to bash another member of the media. shite, in my industry when the DOT starts trashing another contractor our company is very quick to defend the contractor whether they are right or wrong just because its the principle behind it we would want the same treatment.

But maybe there is more to it where they are actually friends and won't bash the guy. Idk but its a whole bunch of nothing to me because I don't trust a single member of the media to actually report on "truth/facts" they all will report on a portion to fit their agenda. There is not any true unbiased reporting anymore.
