How far does the judge take this?
He said don’t prohibit these players from being rostered.
Sankey said kiss my a$$.
The judge doesn’t just say aww shucks at this point, does he? The judge can unlock the roster if he can deem these players eligible.

Which is why the players are suing them. Damages will be substantial.

I doubt it when Sankey’s mouthpiece Finebaum called his ruling a kangaroo court.

The players getting millions will also turn the SEC Presidents against Sankey. He is getting boxed into a corner.

They will settle (paid off) to never be heard from again.

To get another court order that the SEC will ignore?

I would certainly say that no NFL team is ever going to want to touch these players because of sankey's characterization of them

I’ve said this all along. The SEC is on thin ice especially after that amendment. You can appeal an injunction, seek reconsideration, ridicule it in the press, but you can’t disobey it. I’m waiting on that judge to schedule a show cause hearing and tell Sankey to be there with his toothbrush. Maybe with a big daily penalty for the conference’s non-compliance.

The players will probably make more on the settlement than they would have on NIL.

I just hope the settlement is large enough enough presidents say enough is enough and get Sankey out of there.

The SEC know this and has to be talking about how much money is needed to make these players go away asap.

It's sad and pathetic that Sankey doesn't follow the law as written

100% agree. The “kangaroo court” term wasn’t conceived by Finebaum, it’s the words he heard either directly from Sankey or someone in the SEC offices. Send the US Marshalls to Birmingham to arrest Sankey today.

Would be funny if they found Sankey in contempt and put out a warrant for his arrest.
