Plenty of good reasons
1) No Burrow
2) No Brady
You wanna throw in Covid as an excuse, be my guest.

Selfie with random gal in bed? Sure
Threatening boosters? Oh my my
But the main reason is Mrs O left him right after the 2019 NC game. She saw the writing on the wall...she was the real lucky charm that saw the writing on the wall. Here is to you exMrs O

He is struggling because he has not managed the roster or coaches well. His strength is selling and motivating. Tough to be the CEO when you are not detail oriented enough to be a manager.

My guess is he’s just not good at making coordinator choices and in general is just not good at day-to-day program management of every aspect of the program.
He’s a recruiter and motivator, but beyond that isn’t good at managing all the hundreds of details that need to be managed and overseen on a daily and weekly basis.

For somebody that doesn't know what he's doing, he got a SEC , NC ,& a shite Ton of Money, oh wait Miles did the same thing, lol. How many years was Charlie Mac coach, and the stands stayed full ! Those were great times ! But I'll take Saban back. I never wanted O because I heard he told Alleva to give him the job and backstabbed Miles and backstabbers are Dicks. I don't know if that is a fact if I'm wrong then O is ok with me he just needs to hire the right coaches and butt out

Every body bitched about Aranda not bringing the heat, I tried saying players were hurt but trying, they came together when it mattered but I started interfering with Arandas D and it pissed him off, IMHO
