The only way out of basketball hell

Is support. The school needs to release the renovations and timeline of the PMAC, along with the upgrades to practice facilities/ locker rooms.
The athletic department needs to begin a huge marketing campaign. They need to pull a woman’s gymnastics and sell all remaining tickets for $5. They need to have the team, coaches support staff out at the rouses etc giving stuff away, they need to be at the schools talking to kids.
There needs to be promotions at every game. Red Panda, car giveaways, half court shots for $10,000 etc.
There should be pre-game and post game concerts, focus on local artists, but maybe a National act.
Put the colored t -shirts out in all the seats, this looks great on tv.
And lastly we have to show up.
We have to show future recruits that we will support . Nobody wants to play in front 2,000 people.
If we can do all or some of this, I think this can turn around quickly.
Lastly Coach MM needs to recognize that this league is all about size, speed , length, athleticism. We need to fill the roster with 6’4”-6’9” long athletic guys. Capable of switching and defending multiple positions, rebounding at a high rate and getting down the floor in a hurry.
