I hate how it's the either/or thing. No one thinks that Miles is beyond criticism. But there is this matter of perspective. If you can't admit LSU is one of the top programs in the country under Miles, your opinion should be immediately dismissed. You're just angry to be angry.

Whoa, slow down there, cowboy. That's the issue. There are plenty of people who take the smallest slight against Miles and turn it into a treatise on why a negative fan base will doom the program. They have snappy comebacks like "You don't know as much about football as Miles."

I am glad that we have NegaTigers, because I like the idea of a portion of the fan base pushing Coach Miles to constantly strive to improve.
I know that Miles does this anyway, but, I'm happy to have a portion of the fan base pushing LSU football to be better and better.
Coach Miles needs to win more National Championships. He only has one. I expect more. He's doing wonderful things for us, and I appreciate that, but, I'm exactly like Coach Miles in that I expect LSU football to win more NCs.

The one thing I dont understand about the hate for Les Miles thing is this is Louisiana if you like and support us and dont leave for greener pastures it doesnt matter if you killed a man let alone win a national championships and have a .815 winning percentage you will have our undying praise and support.
Why is it different for Miles? We support corrupt politicians and shitty coaches we love the Toby Landry and the swamp people not because of their accomplishments but because they are one of "our guys" When we find a coach who is actually good and loves Louisiana and actually fits in with the culture, people jump on his back at every accomplishment and mistake.

there is no good season. only acceptable and unacceptable.
winning the conference, which is a big deal most years, was treated like a 6-6 season last yr.
