And some dems just don't like the guy

quote:

One Black leader in Detroit who asked not to be named told CNN about a conversation with Abdul El-Sayed which left a feeling, in his words, of “they believe they don’t necessarily need to work as hard to get the Black vote.”

He never received an invitation he was promised by El-Sayed to join a roundtable with the candidate.

“I felt so bad, I texted him,” the leader said of El-Sayed. “But I didn’t hear back. So, frick him.”

quote:

CNN: Lansing mayor says he won’t vote for Abdul El-Sayed

Lansing Mayor Andy Schor says his Jewish heritage leaves him uncomfortable with some of what he’s heard from El-Sayed

Schor said he won’t vote for Rogers but also won’t back El-Sayed – at least until they have a conversation. He hasn’t heard from El-Sayed yet.

“If he doesn’t need me, he doesn’t need me,” Schor said. “And that’s their strategic decision.”

Yet Rogers is such a BUSH-league candidate. Rogers will do whatever the Bushies tell him to do.

So in Texas you think Texans should hold their nose and vote for a man who is well known to be a corrupt politician to keep out a progressive white male

But in Michigan, you're criticizing a Bush Republican versus a Muslim Islamic invasion Democrat

make it make sense

Well I know you can't because I don't think you know what you're saying

“And I’m like, ‘No sir, I’m gonna put uncommitted down on that little circle and move on.’ If you’re going to Congress to represent me, I need you to talk about what’s going on in this community.”

They will manufacture enough votes in Detroit to put El Sayed over the top.

The elections are similar in that the Dems are whackjobs. They differ in that in Michigan, the most cookie cutter GOPe guy is running, whereas Paxton is a flawed goofball, but MAGA.

I think the Rs win both.

You're in MI, right? You think Rogers can pull it off?

I see that Abdul is bringing Obama out now to help him

Lady, your demographic will vote for any democrat, radical islamist or not, at a 95+% clip. Of course you will vote for this, over and over and over.

No democrat pol on the planet cares about your community since you vote at 95%+ clip for them

The polls are FAKE.

The D Party support is FAKE.

The news is FAKE.

The illusion that half the country supports liberal Democrat party concepts is FAKE.

Our only shot at eliminating the fake-arse rigged election systems is to vote red in this cycle and let Trump continue to cook with his endorsed candidates replacing RINO swampers.

The only thing "corrupt" about Paxton are the corrupt RINO's he has to put up with in the Texas government. But I can not stand Rogers. He is certainly a POS.

Did ya hear about the wheelchair deal Talarico made Abbott for Abbott's continued support of his campaign? That is how corrupt the Texas RINO's are, led by GW Bush, a surviving son of the ultimate RINO, GHW Bush.

My best friend at work is an uber liberal Jew and is horrified by Abdul. I think there is a lot of that sentiment going around.

The trades guys don't like Abdul.

I think women support Abdul

I'm not sure about about the black vote.

I assumed all of west Michigan other than Kalamazoo would automatically vote Rogers. But, I have heard that some of Grand Rapids proper is liberal. So, maybe that, plus Detroit and Ann Arbor get Abdul over the hump. But, I just can't see Macomb County blue dog Dem types support Abdul.

Neither makes any more sense than the other, of course.

I wouldn't get your hopes up.

None of the betting markets are really reflecting any kind of change or tighening. Rogers is still a dog (steady at about 30% to win for some time).

The fact this jew hating POS is even polling in double digits tells you all you need to know about the modern Democrat party.

Brave search of "betting markets demographics?"
Make of it what you may.

Gender: The sports betting market is heavily male-skewed, with 69-72% of participants identifying as men and 28-31% as women. Male bettors are more likely to place high-value wagers and chase losses, while female bettors tend to be more conservative, with higher retention rates and lower risk-taking behaviors.

Age: The most active demographic is adults aged 25 to 34, who account for 34% of sports bettors, followed closely by the 35 to 44 age group at 31%. Together, the 25–44 cohort represents 65% of all sportsbook users. Younger audiences (18–34) drive the rapid growth of esports betting and mobile-first platforms, while older demographics (55+) show lower but steady engagement.

Income and Ethnicity: Bettors are disproportionately wealthy, with 44% earning $100,000 or more annually. Participation rates vary by ethnicity, with Latin Americans (29%) and Black Americans (27%) showing higher engagement than Asian Americans (18%) and White Americans (16%). Higher-income and educated users often view betting as an information market, while lower-income segments may be driven by "quick money" motivations.
