Let's see. AFTER the victim takes ALL of Bama-tea-bagger's money in court. He will go after Krusty Burger and retire with a Tiger Suite fit for a king. Only then will you see an explosion of passed out drunks in fast food joints all across Alabama! Oh the horror of it all! I guess the question would be: Would it be worth it to get t-bagged in a Krusty Burger for a couple million? Me, I think I'll stay on welfare!

If she was drunk and passed out in Alabama, you still couldn't rape her but, based on some posts in this thread, I think you damn sure could rub you dick and balls all over her and not have a legal problem.

It would probably depend on his sports affiliations.

But seriously, I've seen Tiger fans gloss over some pretty bad behavior too when it was one of their own. I don't think the gumps are any worse. There are crap fans everywhere.

Maybe. Moral of the story? DON'T PUT YOUR BALLS ON ANOTHER MAN'S FACE WHEN HE'S PASSED OUT.

I'd like to second this but would like to take off the last four words.

This is true and this isn't about Gumps for me. It's about an idiot 30 something year old doing what he did to another human being. Period. If this was an LSU fan doing it to a Gump, I'd feel exactly the same way...well, not exactly...I'd be infuriated that he represented our fanbase in that manner. I'd want him under the jail for a very long time.

You people don't get it at all. This creep's life isn't over, this is the best thing that ever happened to him, same for Updyke. He will be a local hero, give autographs, maybe a car dealership. In Alabama what be did isn't a crime, it's the stuff legends are made from.

The only thing you can compare it to is an Islamic terrorist, they kill a few hundred people in a car bombing, they are condemned be decent people, in Tehran they are a hero. Tuscaloosa is the Tehran of football, no matter what you do in the name of Gump glory you are a hero.

I promise you, this guy will be hailed at home.

I gotta agree.

Being passed out in public is one thing, but sexually abusing someone who can't protect himself is bout as low as one can go and for the life of me, I can't figure out why ANY straight guy with as IQ over 70 would do it or would think it was a cool/funny thing to do.

The last two times LSU won the NC the last thing that was on my mind was performing a lewd act on an opposing fan. Wait, that wasn't even on my mind. I can list dozens of things I did that fall in the category of "tradional celebration." In short, I remember those two night well. Then again, I'm sure this gump will remember this night well also.

I absolutely do not believe you can rub your balls on a passed out girl. I am tired of reading/listening to the "logic" that Bama fans are trying to use to try and dismiss this instance.

There is a principle of reaping and sowing that always is true: We sow multitudes of seeds, one way or the other, in time (no pun intended here, folks). A man named Esau sold his birthright and could NEVER regain it, though he sought it carefully with tears. When we reach a fork in the road, it is nigh impossible to return and take the other fork if we find ourself on the wrong one. What we don't care about when we are young are things that extremely bother us when we are old. Thank God there is a Higher Power, we can be forgiven, and have a peace enabling us to live above the past. As embarassing as the actions depicted in the video may be, there is grace for both. If only LSU and Bama fans could forgive and learn to live with grace!

That's my point. Nobody thought his behavior was out of line. It gives you a real insight into the mentality of the Bama fan.

It's called "mob mentality". People in groups tend to go with the herd. Do you think the people in Vancouver, BC who rioted for hours on end acting like lawless animals destroying property and burning cops cars for hours on end would have done so without the mob egging it on. Same thing happened when LSU fans were harrassing an elderly wheelchaired visiting Auburn fan dying of cancer in the early 2000s at Tiger Stadium. And the LSU mob that broke out windows on the Tennessee team bus.

BTW, the guy no doubt deserves to be punished. No excuse for what HE did.

P.S. Here's a thread on a Bama board condemning both the teabagger AND Updyke. Of course, that doesn't fit into the agenda of this board so it will probably be ignored.
