I really do not think anything serious should happen to the bama bagger, but the TV coverage of him doing the pigeon walk last night compared to the video of him "abusing" the passed out LSU fan in Krystal was hilarious. I'm hoping he was humbled and embarrassed. That's all the justice I really needed. It would have pleased me more if would have worn the crimson during the pigeon walk though.

I will never understand the want or desire to frick with someone who supports a school/team different from the one I do in such a mean spirited manner. Same goes for sucker punchers. They deserve some karma/justice and they eventually get their comeuppance.

exactly, everyone forgets these were strangers too each other in a public setting, it is not like they were college buddies at someones house.

I'll admit to being an old foggy, but when did it become acceptable to expose one self in public?
Is this the new normal? How is rubbing your genitals against a semi-conscious person an approved act?

I would guess the percentage of shitbags is higher than 5-10% of the Bama fans. Notice all the fans in Krystal cheering the guy on. Also note all the bama fans that were lined up to get a pic with updyke.

I'm not convinced that pointing out bad behavior in others justifies what happens.

Living amongst tide nation has made me dislike their university, teams, and fan base more than I ever did living in Louisiana. Commenting on LSU and it's fan base rep in this thread does not endear me to your "Bama fans are all class" theory. Quite the opposite.

We have those EXACT same write-ups, Funky Tide. Key words "out of conference fans." Our SEC rivals love to demonize Tiger fans and call them trash, scum, coonasses, worst fans in the country, etc., but read what visiting non-conference fans have had to say about their trips to Baton Rouge and Tiger Stadium. Overwhelming majority is glowingly positive. Yet LSU does not have any Updykes and Brownings to boast of and get photographed with. Your class IS a myth, at least as far as believing you have more than any other school's fanbase. That's the rub.

I've been to tuscaloosa 5-6 times, and while I wouldn't categorize those trips as among the worst football roadtrips I've been on, I still got cursed at, had things thrown at me, had rammer jammer yelled in my face...

Even on FINEBAUM NATION all the Bama base is blaming the man who was unconscious for what happened, and he better be glad he didn't have a serious crime committed against him. They defend the fringe psyco base eventhough they like to say they don't. After they do the initial backing away, the do raise these idiots up for herorism. UPDYKE was voted caller of the year on FINEBAUM. Today they are grieving he got a stiff sentence I heard and can't understand why LA.
