Les Miles successfully ran the program into the ground.
In the ground is gonna have a pretty different meaning by the time Alleva is done with the program. Our spoiled fanbase is in for a rude awakening if changes aren't made stat.

So if Wade does great Alleva just got lucky if he does bad Alleva is an idiot.
well if wade is a homerun, yes it would be more of the outlier for alleva hires

As a TAF member who tends to donate more than just my season ticket dues, I can assure you that my "extra" money will start to dwindle if this shite show isn't fixed soon. The other members I know, some whom donate a substantial amount more than me, are beginning to trend that way as well. Alleva is a problem. And that sentiment is starting to flow through TAF like wild fire
Here's a thought: if you don't want to donate that extra money to the TAF, donate it to the University.

Maybe they will tarp The East and West Upper Decks with huge Raising Canes and Boudreaux's Butt Paste Advertising.

I believe this is the sentiment of most knowledgeable LSU fans. Alleva and F King Alexander gotta go before another coaching search is compromised.
Whether will wade turns out to be a bust or not has nothing to do with his juvenile handling of the sport that produces the number one revenue for the university.
It will help to alleviate the loss that football will incur over the next few seasons if Football continues the way it's going and basketball starts an uptick.

I gave up my season tickets this year. When Ed O was hired full time by Alleva's "I am the search" I said no more.
Put that $2,000 for two tickets to benecifial uses elsewhere, like a sweet vacation. Haven't regretted one fricking minute of it.
My only regret is that I don't have a bigger swinging dick to carry weight and tell TAF and the AD and BOS to eat it for what they've allowed to happen.
But, I know there's enough like me to where they'll all get to hear what we're preaching.
I love LSU and have a degree from the school. My family, friends and I all think very highly of the school. I cannot support it being drug through the mud with typical Louisiana political bullshite any longer. I will not give money to that program until Alleva is gone.
Sad thing is I wish our education sector of the University got 1/10th of the coverage as our athletics do. I want my degree to mean more. But our state politicians have decided it's ok to take advantage of its flagship university and others throughout the state by budget cut after budget cut.
Sad.

It doesn't help for sure when Joe Alleva insists on scheduling our best non-conference game just about every year as a neutral site game in Texas.
Its been 5 years since we've played a non-conference game vs a power 5 school in Tiger Stadium because Alleva keeps agreeing to neutral site games almost every year

There is something rotten in the state of LSU athletics. It has to start at the top or it would not be that way as long as it has. This year of Tiger football is filled with foreboding.

8-4 would be a great year at this point. I don't see any less than 5 losses.
Bama
Auburn
Florida
These three are all but guaranteed losses.
On the road at Tennessee late in the season... Ole miss...arkansas and aggy won't be cupcakes for this team.

The only thing they will listen to is dollar signs.
So if we quit spending our money there they will listen then.

I was close to dropping tickets this year and jump back in next year due to the putrid schedule.
Next year I may just drop completely if we dont improve.

Don't forget to put a little blame towards Jindal while we're at it.

So, how much damage to the wallet these days if you have say 2 season tickets and go to all the home games?
Posted on 9/18/17 at 3:40 pm to ValZacs
Two lower bowl tickets: $1400
Concessions x 6 home games: $300
Parking x 6 home games $300
So ~$2k bare bones plus the joy of dealing with the parking situation.
