By all means we should hire by likability. Your entire post is contradictory. Most people find McMahon likable.

And you think Will Wade is likable? Never heard a single coach or media personality make a positive comment about Slick Willy or show any support for him during the whole mess that led to his firing. Agree 100%. I was as the game last night. After a TV timeout. LSU can't even set up an inbounds play. They burn a timeout to avoid a 5 second call. After 2 consecutive timeouts they come back only to throw it away on the 3rd attempt. Fundamentals are not even being coached.
