Should change his ne to Chris Hilton.

I hope this situation does not ruin our pipeline to Barbe.

An injury affect a recruiting pipeline?

Guidry is a junk pitcher. We need flame throwers.

Damn thats a great joke. How'd you come up with that? I would have never thought to say that. Never even heard anything close to it.

Because I remember hearing, "Chris Hilton won't be available this weekend, we hope to have him ready for next week" about 8 times this past football season. It immediately struck a chord in my memory.

Guidry has been a stud for a couple of years now and has one injury and you pussies act like he's always hurt.
The fact that they're announcing each week on his availability - let's me know he's close. Don't rush him back and hopefully he gets a couple of sec series before post season

Its a back injury. Do you not understand how fickle those can be? Josh smith missed a season. Some guys miss a game

Man here we go again with the TD hype train
Guidry is a couple of steps above mediocre
Coming back midseason will magnify this and TD will hate him after his second appearance

He's not gonna get his first appearance in an SEC game at this point. Too long of a layoff. It's getting to the point though where he needs to come back in the next 2-3 weeks or we won't have time to work him in before the postseason

He's been an above average relief pitcher in the SEC for 2 years now. Do you know how bad this team could use one of those right now

This board is getting the backup QB syndrome with Guidry. If he stays out much longer, he will throw 110 mph and strike every single batter out.
People are forgetting he throws 90-91 mph with a curveball that tends to hang and get hit really hard

yeah and maybe because "Guidry is Chris Hilton" has been said no less than 100 times on this board

nah
He was an effective arm out of the bullpen that could close games at times.

yap. He had a setback. Not sure why people care so much about this to begin with lol.

Are we sure it’s not his elbow?

Sounds like the same thing the New Orleans Pelicans say when a player is rehabbing...and then the season's over.
