Teams that we would like to win this weekend

First and foremost, LSU. Then, in descending order of importance:
Alabama (gives us breathing room in the West)
Texas (helps with LSU/TCU playoff discussion)
Missouri (helps with LSU/Tenn playoff discussion)
Washington (helps with LSU/Oregon discussion)

I omitted this one bc it doesn’t do anything g to help us. We might as well have UGA undefeated if we’ve got to play them

I actually think we want Georgia at 1 if we get a chance to play them. Beating the top 10 right before the selection could be critical.

Mizzou’s defense is pretty good. The problem is their offense is trash thrown into a blender set on fire and then sprinkled with rat shite (also on fire)

I don’t think this is true. Anyone we can get to two losses helps. A very close win in the SEC championship over Georgia might be viewed as a fluke of sorts depending on how it goes down. Then them having only one loss might keep them ahead of us.

Want Texas to win, because TCU is undefeated. There's a good chance a 2 loss SEC champ makes the playoff ahead of a 1 loss P5 team from outside the SEC... no chance against an undefeated P5 team.
I think we want someone to pin another loss on USC, before Oregon. USC holds national media love, if they go 12-1 and win the Pac 12 I think they get in.

Miss State: if we hand Georgia their second loss they are eliminated and that opens up another spot while also eliminating the chance of a rematch.
Louisville: everyone talks like Clemson is dead in the water, but a 1-loss ACC champion would be a threat to get in. Not a shoe-in, but in the discussion.
Florida State: doesn't hurt.
Looking ahead to next week: Kentucky, Maryland, Illinois, Baylor, South Carolina, Utah, UCLA, and Arkansas. There's going to be lots of opportunities next week for upsets that benefit LSU.

Disagree. Unless miss st destroys them, they aren't dropping below us with 1 loss. Then if we beat them in SEC champ, we jump them.
A minimum of 1 SEC team will be in the playoffs. The committee is highly unlikely to put 3 SEC teams in the playoffs.
1 of LSU, UGA, or Tenn will be left out unless all these other teams have 2 losses

I want Bama to lose because I want Saban to retire, and if we cant beat Arkansas and A&M I dont really want to get blown out by UGA.
I want Texas to lose because I want Derek Williams to reconsider and Toviano to have no doubt where he wants to go.
It's as if people have never watched college football before it's not what you do in the beginning of the season that matters, it's what you do at the end. If LSU wins out they're in you don't have to root for Alabama lol.
