Novak supporter here! So happy to read he will be allowed. It’s crazy to think that the US Open is the only tournament he would still be barred from playing.

Watch the Patriots and Titans playoff game on YouTube, or the Patriots at Texans game from late in that same season on YouTube. Tom looked worse down the stretch in that season than he has this year. He’s not washed, he’s on a mission to protect himself for bigger and better things.

This is 100% what the issue is. His play and caution is identical to his final season in New England, where his quick check downs were drawing boos from the Patriots home crowds by the end of the season. He was protecting himself for the future, which is exactly what he has been doing this year with Werfs and Jenson out.

Tom rented Derek Jeter’s Tampa house for a year. He could likely rent Drew’s condo in the WTC. His yacht would have a home at the SYC and would be an easy relocation from and back to Florida after his time in black and gold is complete.

Just two weeks earlier these creamsicle-clad warriors enjoyed the first win in franchise history in the Louisiana Superdome.
