True. Anybody who wants the team to fail just so they get what they want does not have the best interest of the team in mind. You can want O gone all you want, but at the end of the day are you really going to root for “your team” to lose just to accomplish that?

I just can't bring myself to root against them. I know that losing a lot of games this year will be good for the program though. It will force the higher ups to cough up the money and bring in somebody worth a shite.

But I will still get excited if they beat somebody they're not supposed to. Which this year is everybody.

Someone wanted a billboard so I knocked that out yesterday! Someone then must have shrunk it down and added the score...funny.

Just think, if LSU had lost a few more games under interim O last year, we wouldn’t have permanent O this year.

Let that sink in.

I can't root against LSU once the game kicks off, it's in my DNA, but if we're going to lose....and we will... I'd not prefer it be an inept 10-9 score. Might as well be an epic Spurrier '93 type white wash that gets Alleva and eventually Cap'n Caveman run.

F

LSU deserves better. Fail hard, clean house and get on with the next coaching search.

False: real fans are looking at the bigger, long term picture here. It's good this happened in a way, can see the root of the problem and clear it from the top, down. Losing out will only make this process more seamless. The slower change happens (i.e. reflecting on a 6-6 record), the longer it will take to rebuild, so I'm not ready to cut our losses just yet.

I was pulling for A&M at the end of last year to officially kill the Orgeron threat. Unfortunately those frickers did not comply

False.

We all know this is ending badly, one way or another.

Might as well get it over with so we can be that much closer to getting LSU back to being a national force.

This year the team is bad enough that I think the losses are going to come.

I just hope there's a chance we can end this thing after this year.

Miserable fans are gas on the fire. And recruits are feeling it. Sunshine pumping isn’t the answer, but non stop bitching isn’t either.

That's not exactly correct. If the recruits also feel that Ed O is not a long term answer, then they would be happy that the fans recognize this as well and are demanding something be done about it for the good of the program.

False. I'd rather one abortion of a season than a whole decade.

If this were a rebuilding campaign, I'd say more time.

This turned into a shite show of the highest order.

F'ing HC is positively clueless.
