Yeah, we in trouble if they don't improve and get more help in relief.

If Ware could throw more strikes he would be great

You can say that about literally everyone except Anderson, Eyanson, Cowan, and Evans.

Eyanson has a 4.5 ERA. He’s not exactly tearing it up but I hope he improves. Hopefully, Cowan will take over Saturdays and Eyanson on Sundays.

In SEC Play Ware has faced 9 batters. He struck out 3, 3 hit flyouts, 2 were HBP, and he walked 1 but that was with the bases loaded so drove in the only earned run allowed. He had 0 hits against him. He also had 2 wild pitches.
He needs to gain a bit of control but I think by the end of the season he will be a great asset out of the pen.

Eyanson is having the same problem as all the others or he’s just like Hurd in some regards. He will look dominant for an inning or two and then self destruct for an inning or two and then back to dominating again. Too inconsistent.
If Eyanson could get his command in order then he could be the most dominant pitcher of all of them. Because he has borderline elite swing and miss stuff.

Cowan should be a starter. END OF STORY. 1.27 ERA. No brainer

If we gave him some early runs he would settled down more.
We only have 2 pitchers that I feel for sure could go deep innings from the start against any team. Cowan is too good to not let start if someone else can't step up. He got some good stuff and is confident. I wanted him in that float around spot but it may not be in the cards

No, eyanson looks worlds better than hurd looked during either regular season

As of right now, Eyanson and Shores are getting behind in way too many pitch counts and SEC teams will capitalize. Out of the pen, other than Cowan and Evans, who can be trusted at this point. Concerning Nate Yeskie, how the pitching staff develops the rest of this year should be enough time to evaluate him. As far as his ability to call pitches in the SEC, I must defer to people who have more insight into this than I do.

If Schmidt can up his strike %, he could really fit in nice.

Eyanson has a bad inning here n there, Shores is having bad games. I don't really think their comparable. Only reason Shores stats aren't way worse because we pull him after 3 innings.

if. you look at Eyanson and Anderson
He has given up 2 more hits and the same number of walks.
His issue is the hits tend to come in bunches and then he locks in

If our starters era doesn't balloon past where it is now or improve,we could be ok. We need more guys to count on out of the pen

HR/IP faced would be better graphic

That's quite an embellishment.

If Cowan and Evans are going to remain in the bullpen, they need to be used in the most high leverage situations possible
