This is what i understand from whats been published. I would expect a lot of 3/4 wide dink and dunk, crossing patterns etc. Running out of the spread and shotgun i assume.

and please for the love of God run some RB screens.

In short, no one has a clue.

LSUballsack is an obvious Miami plant digging for info.
Also, very few people here know the answer to your question.

Absolutely agree, we did not run one rb screen all season last year. It's like our only counter to inside pressure last year was a frickin end around

Also, WCO can hide OLine deficiencies, which we desperately need.

We will not run a true spread of any type.

I would speculate the offense will be multiple(some spread, rpo and even I formation). I like the rpo's, it simplifies reads. I'd like to see some slip/bubble screens come back into play, especially with Giles, Jefferson and Chase and our big guys blocking. Slants, drags, posts and short/deep square-in routes(using the middle of the field), these are all routes that have been underutilized the last few years.

Spread is prominent in a WCO.

It's actually very similar to what we ran last year. In regards, to blocking schemes minus the shifts and motions. Burrow's been in the spread since HS, why would you take away what he does best?

LSU doesn't have the best track record for developing QBs. If it ain't broke.....

Keys to our success: 1. Steady OL play. 2. A RB to emerge: Curry? 3. Defense is loaded.

Those my friend are not our keys to success lol

We are going to run a multiple offense. We’ll try and incorporate some spread concepts.

We definitely spread the field, but I dont Think he’s going full on spread. He ran a west coast offense back in the 90s

We’ll see. I just Hope it works.

All of this, but honestly I don't think anyone can really say without having seen practices.

I think spread is certain, but don’t expect much in the way of RPOs

You not running the spread without RPOs generally. We’ve ran RPOs in the past and we’ll run them this year and with more frequency. Coach E said in his presser when he got the job he would be using them a bunch. RPOs aren’t some groundbreaking new concept. They are generally very basic and work well when your QB can make good decisions.

If you want to control the board you should start your own.

You can run spread and rpo concepts without the prototype dual threat qb. Look at Foles at Philadelphia, they ran rpo's and he did really well with it.

RPOs are a variation on the spread, not a feature of the spread itself. Spread is simply shotgun with 3+ WRs.

I’m very interested to see the finished product. Given that O is helping construct it, I expect it to be a hodgepodge of USC, Ensminger’s and Kiffin’s offenses.

I want to know how he is adjusting the offense given the unfortunate state of the OLine?

yes but they also had the #1 ranked offensive line in the entire NFL last year, balanced run game, and a great head coach.

basically someone who doesn't just come in here to talk shite, and can offer a reasonable explanation for our offensive drought from the film room. Add insight on to what we should try to accomplish offensively to beat opponents

shite. We haven't been able to get someone like that in the coach's office yet, much less on tRant.
