I took an"ostarine" and "LGD" stack for about a week and I could notice it working. My piss was pretty dark which led to my assumption whatever I was taking was methylated and was most likely not LGD or ostarine so I dropped that shite asap.

TBH you are most likely getting sold Prohormone if you buy sarms. The SARM industry as a whole is very sketchy. I remember when Tony Huge was selling all sorts of drugs under the name of "research chemicals"

I was drinking sugar free monsters... you "ITS THE SUGAR" people are very annoying.

Building a dependence on caffeine CAN be much worse than drinking sugar. You can develop cardiovascular problems, ED, and insomnia.

The high amounts of caffeine will frick you up, I just had to stop drinking them. It'll make you extremely tired throughout the day and you'll keep crashing then going back for another to make you not tired. never ending cycle.
