Little has had a very nice outing, especially coming in with the bases loaded and no outs.

I think it was before the AB. Ump kept saying it was 1-0 before Little ever threw a pitch.

That doesn't seem right. It's effectively saying any time you throw over you're giving a ball to the batter.

He mistaken and referencing that you have to actually throw the ball to 1st to reset the clock
Last year people would just step off and lazily fake to 1st to reset the clock.

It’s not. Ump keeps calling balls and strikes before the first pitch is thrown.

Someone else would know for sure, but I think it resets one time after a step off or throw over. I am not 100% sure. After that it doesn't.
