Yet people complain about the RB’s not gaining 5 yards a carry.

We never would have gotten Lane if he played up to his potential this year so for that I will always be thankful.

By creating this thread, you have engaged another round of dissing Nuss.

You either lack total self awareness or you’re just…

They’re adults getting paid for their services man. They’re 18, they’re adults. If a 19 or 20 year old harmed one of your family members would you want them tried as a juvenile because “they’re just a kid”? Such an annoying fricking stupid take that I only see repeated here

Nuss was fine other then turning cowardly as year went on, it was obvious he was injured. The whole problem this year started with playcalling and ended with bad oline

The offensive line and play-calling killed this team all season long.

This all day. Believe what you want but can we please stop using the term “kids” for adult millionaire professional athletes. Who, by the way, have absolutely no loyalty to their employers or fan base and are free to leave whenever they want.

I think it’d be wise for Nuss to not sign or get drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals.

We’ll never know how much was on the players being not very good or was it mostly having to play under Kelly, Sloan, etc., but I’d bet if Kiffin & his staff were given this same group of players, they would not have looked near as shitty.

Look how defeated the greatest LSU QB ever talks playing for the Cincinnati Bengals. …Coaching matters.

I think Nuss was lazy and not very bright. He definitely regressed this year. To think if we had Tulane’s QB we might have one loss. Lost to ole miss, vandy, bama, and OU but could have won all four with a halfway decent QB. Nuss blew the hatch. He was awful

So, no issues with the coaching? You put all the blame on Nuss?

Whatever the reason, this just isn’t true. The play at the QB position killed us all year.

Curious if you believe Nuss was the reason we couldn't run the ball from the time Kelly arrived until he left?

With our "Awesome" dual purpose QB, we still couldn't run or complete passes.

Hell, he looked better when playing for Ms St. How do you explain that.

Also inform us how Nuss passed for 4,000 yds the year before. If he was so inept?

If you’re getting paid , not just Nuss or OL , but all of them . I consider you a professional, open to criticism. Own it .

LSU was committed to Nuss. LSU had no backup plan.

There is a marked difference in criticism and what people on this board do with the name calling and hate. There are a lot of shitty human beings here.

Never stopped pretender fans attacking players before they were professional.

Boutte is another good example. He played his final year injuired and now he is playing for Ne England.
