So we are all in on Coach O before the game and now he's a pile of crap?

Seems we were united on Coach O before the game and all in for him. After the beat down we are back to a divided fan base and the Nega Tigers saying he should not be our coach and he is crap. I guess par for the course for our fan base.

I think he's doing a great job. He's more upset than anyone about losing to Bama and he'll work that much harder. Geaux Tigers!

The Negas were in hiding . Now they’re not . The rest of us have stepped away to lick our wounds . Now we are back and it’s Bring on Arky Bring on. 10-2.

Beating Alabama is the common denominator between getting to Atlanta being an also ran for the west. It really is unfortunate to be in the same division but that’s the way it goes

You very rarely get a prestigious bowl without winning the division

LSU has done none of these things in now seven years

We as a fan base do whatever we can to change the status quo, which includes getting behind whoever is coaching to see if they can pull off this game. It’s yet to happen, therefore people are falling back on what they originally thought.

When something doesn’t go the way you want it, the next best thing is being right that it wasn’t going to go well to begin with

I've never been all in on O. I think most who disliked him were just willing to see the season play out.

Look, I've said he's done a few good things here. However, he needs to admit he can't coach and hire an OC who can scheme well and call better plays. FGs got us by until yesterday because our red zone offense is shite. That's not sustainable.

I think this is more about Ensminger than O.

Seems most in here do agree that O has done some really good things over the past year, especially w/ bringing in a new FG kicker and Burrow, but has totally shite the bed on his choice of OC.

Should O take heat? Of course he should, because he's the head coach. But, it doesn't seem like many are calling for him to be let go like we are calling for Ensminger to step aside.

My only issue is he had a chance to right the ship with the offense he and Matt couldn't get along, so instead of going out and doing his research and actually interviewing people he hired within, a guy who was coaching our tight ends which have been useless the whole times he's been coaching them and hasn't been a full time OC since what the 90s. This is his guy, this is orgeron offense.

What positivity did you come away with after getting completely embarrassed while the coaching staff didn't have any answers as to how to score one point?

To be fair coach o said “we coming and not backing down” in regards to competing w Bama. Didn’t compete.

The lack of prep was a lie. If you continue to ride with a liar, you’re foolish.

Scoring at least a single point would've helped his case.

Currently O has been outscored by Bama 63-10, with two shutouts.

Honestly my only complaint with O this year is hiring Ensminger.

Im in agreement with this statement. Basically all of my problems with this season are the result of that hire.

Negas weren't hiding. Because we're not Negas - we're realists who have been pointing out the valid criticisms all along. Red zone offense. Passing game problems. Etc. We got shouted down by the morons who think because we won a game the other issues aren't things that will bite us at some point.

I've never liked the O hire, I did not like the promotion of Steve either. I reserved judgement for the season to play out. Has O done better than I personally expected sure, but his OC hire sucked then and sucks now. For O to succeed he needs two elite coordinators not just one period...

Yup. Other than this, I think O is doing fine. Unfortunately this is a pretty big problem. It’s the same thing that sunk Miles. Insisting on an outdated scheme that is impossible to run against Bama. I think Ens has done ok with play calling most games, but this will not ever beat Bama.

It's not that we lost. It's how we lost that has so many people fired up. I don't care how big the talent gap was, and how much we got manhandled in the trenches. No excuse for getting totally shutout.
