So Jordy & Tbob are insinuating McMillan has looked the best so far in camp

But it’s more to do with Brennan and narcisse not performing up to snuff. Was really hoping Brennan would take this job by the horns. Coach em up coach e!

Yeah T-Bob was talking this morning about how the "whispers" out of spring so far is that it looks to be more of the same at QB and nobody has really looked the part.

Well we have a head coach and OC who no other Power 5 team would want in those same positions, so don't get your hopes up.

I expect more of the same. Heck we may even make 8 to 9 wins and then many will say how wonderful of a job it was considering our schedule.. I am so ready for a true change. How can we expect anything different when the tight end's coach was promoted.. It's just crazy where we are right now.. I hope if there is another HC hire.. that the new guy actually changes the entire culture offensively. Even if it means replaces all the coaches.
Any ways, still have to see this season play out to truly judge, but no reason to expect anything else yet.

Think about who Jordy has on the inside as a source and what would be the best spin coming out of spring practice. Of course all 3 QBs are even right now, the coaches want them all to stay.
Jordy does a spring practice report on AFR every day at 5 and yesterday was the first time he's even seen the QBs throw the ball.

Brennan will start.
I don’t believe any garbage that O is spewing about a competition. It’s just all coach speak.
If McMillan is our best option, then O is failing as HC even more than he already has.

He was saying the exact opposite on Moscona yesterday. Sounds like you're assuming a bit too much. Culotta didn't insinuate...he firmly stated that Brennan looks way better than the other two. Said Narcisse had to be constantly reminded by E on his dropbacks to go left foot over right and that when he finally got that right he would one-hop the pass to the receiver. But E was on him really hard about doing things the right way.
Regarding Brennan he said the ball just comes out of his hand different than the other two. It reminded him of Jamarcus in that it just took a flick of the wrist and it was gone, tight spiral, good zip on the ball and accurate.

Why haven’t we hired an actual QB coach on the shadow staff or just be part of the staff in general?

It's easy to say that, but I doubt you would put money on it (or at least I hope you wouldn't).
JR put up the best numbers of any LSU QB ever, & he was the #1 overall pick in the draft. I guess it's possible, but it's also extremely unlikely.
