So if Ohio St destroys Northwestern, and Georgia beats Bama, is Bama still in?

How much will margin of victory and other subjective factors matter?

I feel like yes, but not without a lot of protestation from the Big 12 and Big 10. It could cause further tweaking to the playoff model.

They will get Bama in no matter what. They proved that when they took Devin White out.

Yes. They are the best team in college football. Get over it.

They could not show up at all and still be in. That’s the nature of this system.

Bama has beaten every opponent by at least 20. They are in, win or lose.

Bama is in no matter what unless they commit something politically incorrect.

Probably yes, but I think this year Ohio State would have a very legitimate gripe as Big Ten Champ with only one loss.

It's Bama. Of course they are. They'd likely still be the #2 seed.

Even if the refs were neutral amd Georgia somehow beat Bama by 4 scores, Bama still in. Bama gets left out in no circumstance.

I'm not sure I'd want to be the one to explain it to the Midwestern portion of the United States if I decided on a second SEC team after a loss.

I think margin and other factors might have something to do with it, even if there is a conspiracy.

Also, I didn't see the word "Alabama" on this page. Although I did see "Director of Athletics, Ohio State University."
