He is listed as a redshirt sophomore.

Now that I’m thinking about it, he didn’t participate in 4 games last year. He could have been declared eligible for the bowl game medically, maintained his RS, and served his suspension.

Instead it sounds like the NCAA waited until he was healthy enough to play to throw down his suspension.

That’s why you don’t say it’s a tear in the first place - just say he has a knee.

I’m all for lying and cheating and stealing but it just seems implausible to convince the ncaa he should have been suspended for the bowl game or something.

Any more plausible than Scam Newton being investigated and cleared in a week in 2010?

Imagine how pissed this board would be if the coaching staff hid every single injury. Probably hard to hide an ACL tear of one of you best players as well.

Why didn't he have to serve it game one last year?

No, he got hurt in game one in which he wasn’t suspended, thus the reason for the other poster’s question.

Yeah I know that, we all watched it happen. What’s your point?

Johnny football had the 4th string guy take his piss tests.

On the Netflix documentary, ]ohnny Manziei admitted he once had $300,000 of cash in his dorm room from some of his autograph signing parties. Yet, he got suspended 1/2 of the opening game against Rice. There's no telling how much JFF made from autographs. I've always wondered how much taxes (if any) he paid on his college autograph income.

Yeah, the NCAA has pretty much made themselves irrelevant and has unfair standards.

In 10 years people will look back and find this shite unbelievable.

The ncaa has no more credibility and it's time for football to leave it.

LSU attempted to move the Grambling game to weeks 0.

This doesn’t sound right, does it?

Its well known that in order to have a Wk 0 game you have to have Hawaii on the schedule or ur opponent must be playing @ Hawaii, so how the fuk would CBK & Co. believe they could move the Grambling game to week 0?

I swear it feels like ncaa is out to frick lsu

in other news michigan self imposes 3 game a suspension for their HC, after proposing a 4 game ban in which the ncaa declined to accept. NCAA most likely asked michigan to reduce the number of games
