If TCU loses Bama will likely go to the playoffs and get crushed by Georgia and we would be in the orange bowl

I picked the final 4 to be Geo, Mich, Ohio St, and Alabama several weeks ago. If K St wins tomorrow I think I will have got it right.

wrong! Bama has two SEC losses, they didn't play in the SEC Championship game. they shouldn't even be in the conversation.

I’d rather LSU play in the Cap 1 Bowl and Bama not make the playoff ictead of LSU play in the Orange and Bama be in the playoff.

I think K-Dtate may be a slight favorite to beat TCU. They've been playing monster football lately and TCU has eked out wins

If Bama wasn’t good enough to win their division, they shouldn’t be able to make the playoffs.

Given the right set of outcomes today Bama will be in the playoffs, whether you like it or not.
If LSU gets blasted by Georgia the Tigers won't be in the Orange--more likely the Meineke Cat Care or the Texas Bowl v Baylor, or the Music City against Purdue

2 losses by 1 point, both on the road. LSU went to the national championship game in 2007 after having lost two games in triple overtime. There is not much difference there. That being said, go TCU!

For the first time since the CFP started, there’s a legit chance that there will only be 1 conference champion in the playoff.
If LSU beats Georgia and K State beats TCU, the playoff would be Michigan, UGA, TCU, and OSU.
This is by far the most compelling argument for expanding the playoff and exactly the scenario that makes the move good for college football. An expansion was alway inevitable. It may end up that it needs to go beyond 12 at some point.
