Setting aside compliance issues, I worry about how much future cheese Tyrann is pissing away by cultivating his Gansta image.
He is one of the best known figures in college football now and has a future in the NFL, maybe broadcasting or color booth, and in endorsements.
As for the latter categories, he is honing an image that will make it difficult for him to capitalize on his name and celebrity. For some of the same reasons, it's not great for LSU either...

This is my guess. As long as he's not getting paid or taking free clothes home with him he should be good. He needs to burn all the free shite pronto before he's out for the season.

I can't stand Tebow, but he hasn't hurt himself in terms of the publicity he created.
