Posche would have given the Tigers a better chance, and I knew that going into this gameafter Lange looked shaky in recent outings. With that said, it is stupid to change a rotation this early unless one guy completely screws up in consecutive starts.

Clearly, CPM misunderstood our earlier instructions.

Lange looked shaky in recent outings? Which one exactly?

I don't think Poche should have pitched last night because I don't think you change your weekend rotation for one weekend but I do believe if LSU plays TCU in Omaha then Poche is the better matchup against this team. A good command pitcher like Poche would give that team fits. They are very patient so you need a guy that throws a ton of strikes.

Shaky? Before last night, when was the last time you watched Lange?

With that umps strike zone? Poche might have lasted less than Lange....

How so....In his first 2 starts, he pitched 11 innings and gave up 10 hits, 2 walks, and 1 run. Last night in 1.2 innings, he gave up 5 hits, 3 walks (all of which scored), and 6 runs. And he was limited for a few weeks prior to the season. He just had a bad night. It happens. Just like Pochè isn't going to keep flirting with no-hitters all season.

This board will go into nuclear melt down if poche gives up more than 2 hits and actually allows a run today...

Nope. Get out of here with that shite. After the temper tantrum this board threw because we pitched Poche first game of the CWS? (Which I still believe was the right call. It just didn't work out as we wanted. )

This. I can already see the threads popping up when Poche gives up his first run.

Poche has regressed. Can't believe they didn't pitch Walker after Poche gave up that one hit last week. Should've seen he didn't have it anymore. He got lucky for 15 innings he is a bust. Shut down the program. Things like that?

That umps zone was a nightmare against a patient team like TCU. We would have scored more runs if we hadn't panicked once we got behind and started swinging at everything like we always do

Lange was just off. Bain and Reynolds came in throwing fastballs and had no problem. They kept them low. Lange was belt high every pitch

Are you high?

No way in hell we're using Lange again this weekend.
