But if you have one scholarship, and split it between 4 players, all 4 players are on scholarship.
The scholarships are already split, so when you can allocate 5 more players to get scholarships, that is adding scholarships. That is beneficial

But you realize the amount each of those players is then going to receive is less, yes?
