The throw from Romero was perfect, an infielder has to make the play on that 100% of the time. Throw was on the money. People are just trying to blame Romero because it makes them feel good to have one scapegoat instead of calling a spade a spade.

Short hopping the throw is 2nd only to sailing it as far as no-nos for catchers. Like the announcer said, it should be a long hop or get it there.
