This case will be either dismissed or transferred to a Federal Court in Louisiana.
Even if you ignore all the legal rules of suing an "Arm of the State", which LSU is (SEC will argue that they are not suing LSU itself to try and get around this, They will fail because of naming the LSU BOS as defendants, which a state university's BOS is considered an "Arm of the State"), the SEC is in a losing position from the start.

Maybe ask where the current Speaker of the House is from, and the house majority leader, sure these are temporary positions, but for Louisiana to hold that, shows you.
